Our new exhibit Experimental: Beyond the Standard explores the inventive side of ballooning, where there are no off-the-shelf answers. Discover home-built balloons, unconventional designs, and specialized aircraft created for missions that demanded something different. These are balloons built not just to fly, but to explore what’s possible. Every day, all day—Virtual Reality Balloon Rides Take to the skies without ever leaving the ground on a 10-min. VR balloon ride. Every day at 11 am and 2pm –Docent-led tours of the museum. Every day – Food Trucks Breakfast with Desert Sky on the Fly and Stan’s Coffee & Scones. Lunch with The Munchie Truck.
